ParentPay is our online payment service

We use ParentPay as the only method of payment for all services that the school provides i.e. school dinners, Breakfast and After School clubs, trips, uniform sales and other extra-curricular clubs.

ParentPay offers you the freedom to make online payments 24 hours a day 7 days a week – safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available.

Parents have a secure online account, which you activate using your unique username and password available from the school.

Making payment with your debit or credit card is straightforward. You will also be able to view your statement instantly showing all your payments made.

If you don’t have access to a computer or the internet, you can use the PayPoint facility, which is available in many shops or newsagents. Parents who need to pay by cash at PayPoint will need to apply at the school office for either a card or a barcoded letter for the service you would like to pay for. Please note that you must use the correct letter for the service that you wish to pay in to, otherwise your payment will be credited to the wrong account and that it can take 2-3 days before your account shows the correct balance. We also advise that you keep your receipt in case there are any issues with your payment.

Please note that we do not take cash in the school office unless it has been agreed, in advance, with the School Business Manager.

Getting started with ParentPay

  1. You should have already received your username and login details, if you do not have these please contact the school office.
  2. Go to www.parentpay.com
  3. Click on ‘Activate’ under ‘Account Login’.
