Welcome

I would like to warmly welcome you to the Stoneydown Park Primary School website. We are a creatively-minded three-form entry community school, at the heart of Waltham Forest.  We have two sites, one on each side of Pretoria Avenue, either side of Stoneydown Park. 

Stoneydown is an open and welcoming school. Come for a visit and you will find a calm, safe, purposeful atmosphere, full of friendships, hard work and mutual respect. Our pupils, staff, parents and governors all play an integral part in this as well as helping shape the future of our school. 

Here at Stoneydown, we are committed to delivering a first rate curriculum encompassing the very best of the arts alongside excellence in teaching and learning of the core subjects of the National Curriculum: English, maths and science. The school's diversity-led, knowledge-rich creative curriculum ensures that all children receive a broad education, through fostering a love of reading with our core books approach. We are dedicated to ensuring that all children thrive and have the tools to succeed and take great pride in putting creativity at the heart of our learning.
