We will confirm places with parents by Wednesday 14th December 2016. This will be done via slips in your child’s bookbag and via a telephone call. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure you check these so you are aware of which clubs your child is booked on so that payment is made and collection arrangements have been made for your child. If you do not receive a slip by the 14th, please call the main office and speak to Tasnia.

Once all spaces have been allocated and your child’s place is confirmed, payment will need to be made on ParentPay, except for Gymnastics which is paid directly to Jo, who runs the club. There may be opportunities for your child to attend more than one club. Please speak to the office after the first round of places have been allocated to see if places are available in other clubs.

The above clubs are for a full term of 12 weeks i.e. 9th January – 7th April 2016 , however if there are not enough participants, we may be forced to cancel a club. Refunds will be provided in such cases, if parents pay online using ParentPay.
Payment Terms

  1. In general, charges must be paid within 7 days of a parent making an agreement with the school that their child will participate in a chargeable activity.
  2. The school may require payment to be made in fewer than 7 days, if a parent requests for their child to participate in a chargeable activity to be undertaken within 7 days.
  3. Where the school confirms that a child may participate in a chargeable activity and there are fewer than 7 days before that chargeable activity takes place, then the charge must be paid within 7 days from when that place is confirmed.
  4. A right to participate in a chargeable activity only arises when a place is confirmed by the school.
  5. Parents will be informed that a charge is due in writing (including via ParentPay)
  6. Charges for all clubs will be made regardless of participation, provided the parent has agreed for their child to participate in that activity. The only exception to this is if the child is unwell and absent from school on that day. Exceptions may be made on appeal to the School Business Manager or Headteacher.
  7. All payments are to be made using ParentPay, unless an alternative agreement has been made with the Headteacher or School Business Manager.
