Contract Type: Fixed Term contract for 1 year, in first instance (SEN EHCP funding)

Grade/pay range: Scale 2 Point 11-13

Salary details (annual): £19,896 – £19,935  FTE

Actual pro rata salary if part-time: £14,500

Working hours: 30 hours 

Working pattern: Term time only 

Job Start Date: As soon as possible

The post

We are looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant to support an individual child with Special Educational Needs.  The post will be for one year in the first instance but is likely to continue after that if funding is confirmed. The person we appoint will be positive, caring and hardworking and will join our excellent team of support staff who are very much valued at Stoneydown.

Actual pro rata salary if part-time: ££3,110 - £3,139

Working hours:  6.5 hours, with the possibility of further hours being available

We are seeking to appoint an active and lively After School Club Assistant to support our successful club for children from our school. As the school is expanding, the demand for places is expected to increase and so we are looking to appoint someone who can help facilitate and support fun and educational activities in a safe environment for children aged from 4 through to 11. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to join our team of dedicated and fully trained workers who will give you appropriate support and you will receive training as required.

Experience of working in an After School or Breakfast Club environment would be favourable, but is not essential. The club operates from 3:30pm to 6:00pm requiring someone to work Tuesday and Thursday 3.30 pm to 5.45 pm and Wednesday 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm.  However, depending on demand, there may be opportunities to work additional hours.
